Manicure: Featuring "Green With Envy"

Hello everybody!  So, it's spring time and that means I am entering my pastel-phase (as always) when it comes to nail polish as well as clothing.  This is the second week in a row that I've used Maybelline's "Green With Envy" mint-green color on my ring-finger as a feature nail, and since I'm loving it so much I decided I would show all of you :) Please comment.

OOTD: The Sweater and Leggings Duo

Hey everyone! It's spring break, but the weather is not very SPRINGY yet - it's sunny in SoCal, but the temperature is not what we're used to this time of year (haha it's a bit chilly). Anyway, I just decided to wear a light, sheer sweater today to accommodate for the weather.  NOTE: In these pictures, I have platform sling-back wedges on my feet.  In reality, I wore TOMS today, but I decided to add the heel-embellishment to make this post a bit more exciting.  I hope you like it! Please comment :)

Spring Break HAUL (Part 1)

Hey everybody! So I wanted to use this Spring Break to stock up on clothing (when do I NOT want to stock up on clothing? haha) that would be better for warmer (okay, hotter) SoCal weather, because I've been LIVING in chunky knit sweaters, layering pieces, and sweatshirts (when I'm lazy) ALL WINTER, and I'm ready to break out and start buying items that are less monotonous, since it's tough to find variety in "winter clothes."  Anyway, this is the first part of my spring clothing haul - there is more to come, though, once it all gets shipped! Hope you like :)

Happy Easter! (Late - Sorry)

HELLO EVERYBODY :D So, because I'm Catholic, Easter is a HUGE HUGE HUGE "holiday" of sorts, and so I would just like to sprinkle my joy on all of you (even though the sentiment is 2 days late....in my defense, though, I was celebrating on the day-of, NOT blogging).  So, anyway, this is just a quick post, I hope you all had a wonderful Easter and, for those of you that are still in school (like me), I sincerely hope you are currently having an AMAZING Spring Break :)

All That Glitters: Little Jewelry HAUL

Hey everyone! I thought I would just show you a few pretty little pieces I got at Forever 21 about a week ago. They're all gold (didn't really plan that, but I tend to be very attracted to gold jewelry in general) and as I was looking at my purchases I realized that they also all have a common theme (stripes / geometric kind of designs), which is kind of funny! I guess I was just in a certain mood that day, haha.  Anyways, I hope you all like :) Make sure you comment, and check out my YouTube Channel (I haven't put up a video in a while because my life has been INSANE but I will definitely make a point to get back on track) if you have time!

Manicure!

Hey everyone!  So I just wanted to show you what I did with my nails this week (I am completely in love) so I hope you like!  Make sure you leave a comment and/or follow me :)

Alright so here's the first pic of my nails...On my pointer finger, middle finger, pinky, and thumb (not shown) I have Essie's "Dive Bar" - it's SO GORGEOUS.  It seems like blue at a first glance, but in the light it looks like a deep-sea green, and even has facets of purple.  I think this is honestly my NEW FAVORITE Essie polish, which is really saying something!

Here's the second pic...I already mentioned Essie's "Dive Bar," so I won't talk more about that - I'll talk about what's on my ring finger.  I used a base of Essie's "Good As Gold," which I've used multiple times before (I'm pretty sure I've posted a manicure using this color as well) and absolutely LOVE.  As I said, though, I only used it as a base color to make sure that my nail was completely covered.  The glittery polish that you see is Essie's "Beyond Cozy" which is also a LOVELY color.  I'm starting to think I didn't even need to use the gold as a base because this glitter polish offered a nice coat, not like some other glitter polishes that cover the nail sparsely with glitter and mostly with clear goop.

I've gotten 6 compliments on my nails already, and today was only our first day back from Semester Break (I even got a few compliments from GUYS - what the heck? I know).  Anyway, I hope you all liked this post, and maybe you'll try this some day!  I must say its a lovely pairing because of the heavy contrast.  Like I said earlier - I'm in love!
